News:

Out of Hours
Out of hours GP services are arranged by North Tyneside Primary Care Trust and are provided by qualified doctors and nurses. You may receive telephone advice from a doctor or be asked to attend a local primary care centre for an examination. If, for medical reasons, travel is impossible, a home visit from a doctor can be arranged. For out of hours services please telephone 0300 123 4343.

Telephone advice/consultations
Sometimes you may want to speak to a doctor or nurse about something but do not need to come into the surgery for a  face-to-face appointment.

If you would like to talk to someone over the phone, you can contact reception, who will take your number and arrange a suitable time

Cancelling your Appointment
If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses, please telephone or use the link at the bottom of this page to cancel your appointment.

Complaints & Feedback

Feedback & complaints

We are always happy to receive suggestions for improvement and like to know if we are doing something well. If you are unhappy about any of our services, please speak to our practice manager, Mrs Liz Brittlebank, who will be happy to discuss your problems privately.

If you are still dissatisfied, we have a formal complaints procedure which you can access via the practice manager. Some patients find it easier to talk to someone outside the practice in the first instance.  The PALS organisation provide this kind of service - you can follow this link to read more about them www.northoftyne.nhs.uk/Patients/pals
